| Terms and Conditions Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following payment methods:
Paypal or Google Checkout – These allow our customers to pay by all the leading credit and debit cards, and affords you maximum protection as a buyer.
Purchase Order - Schools or other businesses can send a Purchase Order. We will then despatch the order with an invoice.
Despatch
We aim to despatch items on the following working day.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every item securely so that they arrive in perfect condition.

Other countries: 5-14 working days*

Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy in any way with your goods, or they are damaged on delivery, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Our intent is to create products of exceptional quality and value. So, if for whatever reason you do not feel that this is the case then please let us know as soon as possible. We will then do everything we can to resolve the problem.
If the items we have sent you are damaged or the incorrect items have been sent to you, then let us know and we will replace them straight-away. We would ask that you return the incorrect/faulty items to us and we will reimburse you in full for the cost of postage. If you simply change your mind, or do not want the items that you ordered then you can also return them (within 14 days) for a full refund. Please let us know why you no longer require the items and as soon as we receive the items back we will send you a full refund. Please note that the customer will be required to cover the cost of the return postage in this case, and we would advise that they obtain proof of postage when returning items.
